5.1 Pricing

5.3 Payment Processing

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Tutoring Sessions

• Cancellation by Student: Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or rescheduling
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable
• No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice results in no refund
• Cancellation by Tutor: If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling

6.2 Academic Writing Services

• Refunds may be issued if we fail to meet agreed-upon deadlines (excluding delays caused by the client)
• If you are unsatisfied with the quality, we offer unlimited revisions within the original scope of work
• Refunds are not provided after final delivery and acceptance of work

6.3 Consultation Services

• Free 15-minute intro calls can be canceled anytime without penalty
• Paid consultations must be canceled 24 hours in advance for a refund

6.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Academic Integrity

By using our academic writing services, you agree:
